"My ability to communicate and inspire trust is what gives me extra business. To have all of the data and all of the information from the beginning really helps with this."
Meshing Physical and Virtual
Raul Giorgi, a RE/MAX real-estate broker operating out to Houston, TX, is used to multitasking. He works out of more than one office, pulls files from multiple cabinets, and uses several different pieces of hardware to access whatever digital files he may need.
While the future of data access and storage may be "in the cloud," Raul is, like many business professionals, still bombarded daily with endless amounts of physical paperwork. For a long time he dealt with this in the "traditional ways:" with files in various digital folders, physical filing cabinets parked wherever he happened to receive a document, and stacks of papers on his desk(s).
While he still uses all of these methods, today he is armed with iPEP and the revolutionary Taming the Paper Tiger system developed by Barbara Hemphill in his ongoing fight against disorganization.
"The moment I saw it I began to understand that it would give me the ability to collate the physical world with the virtual world and actually merge them together," said Raul. "For me that is the value of it; to no longer have to deal with my computer and my filing cabinet separately."
A Worker is Only as Good as His Tools
Picture a lawyer in his element: he stands before the judge eloquently making his closing statement; citing previous cases and establishing precedent to sway the good men and women of the jury in favor of his client. An elegant speech and a clever turn-of-phrase may take him a good way there, but when the chips are down it really is all about what information he can produce when the need arises.
The business world is no different. "The ability to get the right information in a timely manner might make the difference between getting the sale just as easily as avoiding a lawsuit," said Raul. The bottom line: whether you're lawyer, salesman, or businessman, you're only as good as the information you can produce. iPEP's online, searchable database that encompasses digital as well as physical files means that you'll be able to access what you need, whenever and wherever you need it. Not only will this improve your image, it will enhance your productivity (and sales), and limit your liability. Just ask Raul.
Can You Put a $ in Front of "Quality of Life?"
Does iPEP really save time, improve productivity, lead to higher quality work, and help generate greater sales revenue? In the words of Raul Giorgi, "it does all of the above. By saving time and allowing me to be more productive it does save me money."
When asked to quantify the benefits he has gleamed from using iPEP and the Paper Tiger methodology, Raul noted the improved quality of life and the peace of mind that came from knowing he could find anything at a moment's notice. "It's a great relief not to have so much baggage and disorganization. That can really wear on you. It's not just quantitative -- it's about many other things."
Already iPEP has helped Raul get his work (and his life) more organized. As he said, "I haven't seen anything like it out there. Even what it does now; it's head and shoulders above everything else I've seen. I can see this product being useful across the board in any profession."
Still, the iPEP infrastructure is being continually added to and refined to make it even easier to follow in Raul's footsteps -- regardless of profession or style.
