  • BS in CS or URLs with impressive sample code
  • Helpful to know any of:  LAMP, PHP,  XHTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS and/or MySQL
  • Familiarity with JSON, Prototype, Memcached a plus
  • UI Design and User Experience knowledge a plus if you consider yourself a front-end expert
  • Scalability, Performance and Security expertise a plus if you consider yourself more back-end
  • Familiarity with Agile environment, Unit Testing a plus
  • 2-5 years of web application coding experience (urls, sample code strongly preferred) professional or own projects
  • You should thoroughly understand web technologies and have hella-good programming skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrable communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Collaborative style
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
